Every price below is a from price for real, published work — not a teaser rate. Where your job is bigger, we'll tell you before we start, not after.

Rung 01 · start here
Automation Opportunity Audit
£450from · credited in full against any project you go on to do
We find where your time and money are leaking — and hand you a costed plan to plug it.
You know something's inefficient — the double-entry, the spreadsheet gymnastics, the “can you just chase that again” — but you're not sure what's worth fixing first, or whether AI is hype or help for your business. Start here.
What's included
- A working session where we map how your business actually runs — the tools, the handoffs, the bottlenecks.
- A ranked list of automation opportunities, each with an estimate of the time or money it’s costing you now.
- A costed, plain-English plan: what to do first, what it’ll take, and what it’ll cost.
- No obligation to do any of it with us. It’s your plan to keep.
The catch (there isn’t one): if you go on to do a Sprint or a Build with us, the audit fee comes straight off the price. So at worst you’ve bought a clear plan for £450. At best it’s free.

- We take 1–3 specific, well-defined workflows and automate them end to end.

- Live in production in around two weeks, with you testing it as we go.
- Handover so your team knows how it works — and how to trust the numbers coming out of it.
Good examples: enquiry-to-quote handling, invoice and reconciliation prep, data synced between two systems that refuse to talk, approval routing, repeat-order processing, report generation that currently eats a person’s Friday.

- A human (Waseem) who knows your setup and answers when you need something.
- Cancel anytime. No twelve-month lock-in, no exit fee, no hostage situation. If it’s not earning its keep, you stop.
Why it’s priced like this: because we run our own finance, project and content ops on agents, the cost of watching yours is low — and we pass that on. This is the same infrastructure we bet our own business on.
Straight answers
The questions everyone asks.
Is it really this cheap?
Yes — and there’s a reason it can be. We run our own company on AI agents: our finance ops, our project tracking, even this website. That makes us fast and lean, and we price accordingly. Big consultancies charge enterprise rates because they carry enterprise overheads. We don’t, so you don’t. The prices on this page are real published from prices, not bait.
What if it breaks?
Two answers. First, we build things properly — audited, monitored, backed up and tested — because we run our own business on the same infrastructure and can’t afford it to fall over either. Second, if you’re on an AI Ops Partner retainer, keeping it running is literally our job; we’re watching it so you don’t have to. And if something does go wrong, a human answers — not a ticket queue.
Do I need to understand AI?
Not even slightly. That’s our job. You need to understand your business — where the time goes, what the boring jobs are, what “good” looks like. We handle the AI, the engineering and the jargon. You’ll always get plain English and a human explaining what we’ve done and why.
Will a human actually answer?
Always. This is the promise the whole business is built on: agents do the work, but a human — Waseem — makes every decision and takes every call. When you get in touch, he reads it himself and replies personally. We promise a meeting within one week of first contact. No chatbot, no call centre, no “your query is important to us”.
Where are you, and do you work remotely?
We’re based in Bradford and work with businesses in Leeds, Manchester and across the UK. We’re remote-first, so where you are isn’t a problem — we’ve built and shipped live systems for clients without needing to be in the room.
What if I just want a website?
We do those too — fast, affordable, compliant landing sites with no monthly platform fees. It’s the light end of what we offer, and a good first taste of working with us.
